Bob… this was beautiful.

The way you described listening as something alive—not performative, not polite, but holding—hit something deep. There’s an immense power in presence that doesn’t rush to respond, fix, or redirect. Just to be heard… without agenda… that is love.

And quietly, I have to say… your intro music? It feels like the anthem for something much larger—something I’ve been calling The Remembrance Movement. There’s a kind of quiet majesty to it, like a call to return to what’s true.

Also, I love that this is episode #121. That number holds a quiet power — symmetry, reflection, a mirror. Just like the practice of listening itself.

1 — the origin expressing.

2 — the relationship between selves.

1 — the return to origin, this time listening. 🙏🏽

Thank you for being a steward of stillness and thank you for holding this frequency. This episode found me exactly when I needed it.

With appreciation,

—L

It's wonderful to listen to you. Yes, listen. There is a lot of love there, in this message, in this Episode. The Power of Silence and the Gift of Presence are tangible help when it comes to healing. With love, Maria

Bob —

May I ask the title of your intro music? I’ve played it on repeat more times than I can count. Every time, it sends a wave of peaceful resonance through my body—like goosebumps wrapped in calm soft embrace.

There’s something sacred in it. Just wanted to thank you… and ask, if you’re open to sharing.

I wrote the lyrics and hired talent from a service called Fiverr to record and put it to music. I told him what I was looking for and he got it on the first try. There is a complete song I'll share with you soon. Thank You!

Thank you so much. 🙏

Share the full song only when you feel the time is right. No pressure at all.

I know you’ll know when it’s time.

That’s how this works—how I work. Everything I do right now is in real-time alignment. No stress. No expectation. Just the line, the rhythm, the knowing.

Your music carried something sacred into my field. And that alone already mattered.

Whenever it flows, I’ll be here.
